Our well-established Estate Agents is growing and we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our team


A realistic OTE of £24,000 to £26,000

Responsibilities:


  • Support the process of bringing new properties to the market
  • Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department
  • Ensure that all databases are maintained and regularly updated
  • Arrange viewings
  • Ensure feedback is clearly detailed on the database system
  • Ensure a high level of communication with the Property Management Department
  • Undertake lettings viewings and other appointments to support the team during busy periods

Requirements:


  • Wants to join a successful and growing business
  • Estate Agency experience good to have but not essential
  • Be able to work Saturdays
  • You have previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You have a keen eye for attention to detail
  • You are highly organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
