This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful FMCG business as they seek to add an experienced individual to their very busy finance team.

As market leaders in their field they offer excellent opportunities under the tutelage of an excellentleadership team.

The role is to join a small team of busy accounts payable individuals with specific responsibilities to look after the supplier side of the business.

Responsibilities will include matching of invoices to purchase orders, managing the GRNI issues, preparationof payment runs and liaising with customer both directly and on a third-party basis and also managing the employee expenses.

You will also be expected to provide cover for colleagues covering the stock ledger.

You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the payables function and the impact that a professionally run ledger has on other areas within finance.

You will be a self-starter who works well under your own initiative and with mínimal supervision. Operatingas part of a close-knit team is crucial and a genuine desire to improve existing procedures is key. Prior exposure to Navision is an advantage and strong Excel skills are also required.
Experience of an FMCG organisation is preferred to understand the nuances of the sector.
