Excited to be hiring for this roles for a creative agency in London.

- A passionate and curious individual.
- Someone who is fluent with both Mac and PC support, including laptop and mobile platforms.
- Experience with 365, Slack, Zoom, Google Meets, Keynote and Mac platforms.
- Someone who can create, review and maintain documentation.
- Interested in improving their skills further with training or apprenticeship courses.
Responsibilities
- Act as a 1st line IT Support person for all incoming support enquiries from employees
- Set up new desktops, laptops, and phones for staff
- Network and server troubleshooting, and maintenance as required
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshooting of video conference software and hardware including TV's.
- Provide IT training and support to employees, as needed
- IT Onboarding of new employees
- Manage and maintain our Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Monitor and maintain our IT security, including antivirus software and firewalls
- Escalate issues to the 2nd line IT team. (External IT Team)
