Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting of policies and procedures
- Identification, assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks
- Implementation projects around: MiFID 2, AIFMD, SM&CR and GDPR
- Implementation of compliance monitoring programme and compliance frameworks
- Experience developing the compliance framework for new operating structures as well as conducting regulatory impact assessments
- Sound knowledge of MiFID, SYSC, APER, COBS, CASS, MAR, INVPRU/BIPRU) and financial promotion rules
- Experience working for an alternative investment fund manager (preferable)
