We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to work with the Community Health Teams based at Ampthill Health Centre.

The post holder will have excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills, be proactive with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

The post holder will work closely with the Admin Leads and will contribute in the management of all administrative staff to include recruitment, attendance and performance monitoring and management.

The role will also include providing comprehensive senior administration support to Senior Managers.

The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The post holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.

The work delegated to you will always be within your competency levels, you will receive both formal and informal training.

There is peer support available with other staff members.
