Sales Support Administrator - Kettering, United Kingdom - Adecco UK
Description
Our client is looking for full time Sales Support Administrator.
You will be based at their head office in Kettering, 5 days a week - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, with one hour for lunch.
Duties include:
- Handling all returns and customer service queries from start to finish
- Daily order tracking and back order management
- Create quotations and input orders
- Keeping customer, supplier, and product data up to date
- Support covering the internal bid desk and supplier relations manager
Key behaviours include:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in all forms
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Calm and confident demeanor
- General IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages
