  • Promoting products to customers, guiding their choices and providing a high level of customer service, on behalf of a premium brand.
  • Organising colleagues to deliver against strict deadlines
  • Dealing with complex technical matters

Skills:


  • Enthusiastic about cars and experienced in the automotive industry, you will possess wideranging experience of supporting premium customers across multiple channels.
  • Prior experience within a contact centre environment, you will bring a focus on deadlines and KPIs
  • The ability to build rapport with customers and a determination to deliver outstanding customer service.
