Responsibilities:
- Promoting products to customers, guiding their choices and providing a high level of customer service, on behalf of a premium brand.
- Organising colleagues to deliver against strict deadlines
- Dealing with complex technical matters
Skills:
- Enthusiastic about cars and experienced in the automotive industry, you will possess wideranging experience of supporting premium customers across multiple channels.
- Prior experience within a contact centre environment, you will bring a focus on deadlines and KPIs
- The ability to build rapport with customers and a determination to deliver outstanding customer service.
