What does the role involve?

In this role, you'll help to execute a complex programme of work to implement a brand-new and strategic limits & thresholds engine aimed at mitigating market disruption risk for Markets.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across Trading, Technology, and Controls to come up with sustainable cross-business target operating models, and define how we'll deliver both business and technology components to mitigate the most risk as soon as possible.

You'll engage with compliance and risk management functions to make sure the end solution addresses their requirements, and that we have appropriate controls and monitoring in place.

Finally, you'll make sure that we've robust governance mechanisms to track progress and manage issues & risks in an accurate and timely manner throughout programme delivery.

Excellent organisational and project management skills; able to multitask while paying attention to detail
Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate to achieve the right outcomes
A strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, preferably from a financial services background
Analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience in defining and embedding sustainable business process changes
