Description
We are recruiting for an established company in Newark who have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Administrator to join their team.
The Company is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who has meticulous attention to detail with administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- You will act as the central point of contact for all enquires/orders.
- Collating daily orders and creating the order of production.
- Liaising with the factory team to ensure production is both efficient and on time.
- To produce all documentation associated with goods being dispatched.
- To act as a central point of contact for all imports with couriers as required ensuring where possible that all correct documentation is completed ahead of dispatch.
- To ensure all orders are packed and ready to dispatch.
- To maintain accurate records & filing.
Working Hours are: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00, Friday
Onsite Parking
20 Holidays plus Bank Holidays.
