Description
IT Company is seeking a highly organised and efficient part-time Personal Assistant and Administrator to support the Managing Director.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Acting as a liaison between the MD and other departments
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Keeping track of expenses and invoices
  • Helping to manage projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assisting with accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with IT industry and accounting a plus
