Description

We require a strong Room Leader for our busy toddler room, salary up to £24,000 per annum + up to £1,500 bonus after successful passing of probation.

We are close to Henley station, with free parking for drivers, we can also offer this role 4 full days a week if preferred, rather than 5 days.


Nursery Room Leader Requirements:


  • Level 3 or above in childcare
  • Up to date knowledge on EYFS
  • Previous experience in a toddler room
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader/Room Deputy
  • Can get to Henley on Thames easily
  • You can work hours a week (we can offer 4 full days if preferred)
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

Nursery Room Leader Duties:


  • Manage a busy toddler room
  • Support and manage staff
  • Organise rotas, planning and observations
  • Communicate with parents

Salary:
£20,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
