As our M&E Sales and Planning Executive, you can bring your passion and personality to work and be part of this vibrant team.

Tasks as an M&E Sales and Planning Executive include, but are not limited to:

Confirming events, handling client requests with relevant teams, ensuring repeat business
Responding to enquiries for all small to medium sized groups and events, using Cvent, Venue Directory, Salesforce. Communities
Proactively converting and upselling additional products like higher room categories, drinks receptions, enhanced F&B offerings
Engages with clients/agents in relation to their enquiries; i.e. using Upmail to send proposals, liaising with preferred suppliers
Flexible and adaptable
Creates personalised proposals through Upmail for events tailored for individual clients
Actively contributes to your immediate as well as wider hotel and regional teams
Communicates effectively with both internal and external guests/clients/agents (including hotel colleagues) via written correspondence, phone and face to face
