Recruitment Consultant - Training Provided
Full Time Permanent (35 Hours per Week)
Poole, Dorset
First year salary Up to £44,000 uncapped (£20,000 basic salary + Rewarding & Realistic Commission Structure)

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying opportunities for business development and client engagement
- Stewarding the recruiting process from resourcing through to postappointment follow up
- Advising and supporting charities with their recruitment needs
- Marketing and communications for the organisation across a range of platforms
- Be an all rounder with experience in customer service, administration with an excellent telephone manner
- Have the ability to efficiently manage their own desk and organise workload
- Be solutionfocused, resilient and consultative in approach
- Be able to work collaboratively and independently, managing their own projects as part of a small and growing team
- Be motivated by delivering an exceptional level of service
- Thrive in an environment where you have the ambition to be entrepreneurial where creativity is encouraged
