We are currently recruiting for an Employability Adviser to join our expanding and highly successful Education and Business Team based in the Midlands.


The Employability Adviser is an exciting role includes the delivery and coordination of employer engagement activities in schools/colleges to include work experience, aspirational/motivational employer led sessions (both programme style and individual sessions).

This includes finding the best ways to help young people achieve successful transitions and develop their understanding of the world of work.

Employer Engagement Officer is paid £27,066

Qualification requirements
A Level 3 or 4 Qualification relating to IAG or work with young people and at least 1 years' experience working with young people (external applicants)

Desirable - SEND experience
