Sales Representative (Birchwood) up to £70k + performance-based bonus + car allowance

The full package on offer can be discussed during the process but includes:
- 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays
- Car allowance of £6,240
- Hybrid working model 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (early Friday finish)

THE ROLE
The new Sales Representative will develop new accounts and expand relationships with existing customers within a specific territory. The focus will be on service-oriented business in mining, quarries, underground, pipeline and seismic business.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Providing Account Management support and ongoing Customer Service
- Expanding existing Key Accounts
- Developing new business within your geographical area remit
- Preparation of sales development plans and budgets
- Monitoring and reporting on monthly basis
- Problem solving and identifying solutions
- Contract management including pricing and contract renewal
- Developing commercial strategy to create maximum value for the customer and the business through implementation of product and service initiatives
- Identify, develop and implement new systems and service offerings to deliver additional customer value
- Work closely with your customer to develop accurate customer demand forecasting
ABOUT YOU
- Experience and solid technicalknowledge of underground mining explosives, drilling or quarry
- Mining diploma
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with a wide range of customers
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen and sound commercial judgement
- Technical knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present to key stakeholders
