IN2Consult / German Fluent AR Assistant / 12 month FTC / £26,000 pa / Shepherd's Bush

IN2Consult are working with a global fashion retailer who are looking for a German fluent AR Assistant to join their team for an FTC contract.

To be a successful applicant, you don't necessarily have to have previous experience working in Accounts Receivable (although that would be beneficial).

The key factor is having a fluent level of German language skills & a strong level of overall communication. This role is offering a hybrid working scheme & up to £26,000 pa. Please see below the responsibilities

Responsibilities -

Invoicing, Payments, and Returns
Processing and matching payments on Austrian Debtor Accounts. Investigate any that have not been matched successfully. Processing customer refunds for DE and AT markets. Responsible for sending dunning reminders. Investigation of items in the suspense account

Customer Relationship Management

Working with the Austrian and German Call Centres and sometimes with customers directly in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Ensuring customers are dealt with sensitively due to the nature of the potential issues. Ensuring all communication is professional, accurate and effective. Answering queries from the Debt Collection agency.

Reporting

Providing weekly/ monthly KPI statistics on the Austrian and German markets. Review of Ageing reports. Reconciliation of reports and investigate errors. Actively be aware of balances due. Chasing balances to prevent them from becoming overdue/ bad debt

Query Resolution

Dealing with both internal and external customers to resolve queries relating to payment matching, returns, offers and debt collection.
General Assistance with ad hoc
