The Role:


  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's offices in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the leading Corporate department are wellversed in topend transactions for a wealth of national companies & regional businesses across the retail, manufacturing, healthcare & technology sectors
  • To align with this, you will manage a varied caseload, including complex M&As, private equity deals, joint ventures, general corporate governance and shareholder arrangements
  • As an Associate, you will also assist the senior members of the team with their more complex caseload and get involved in business development

  • A qualified Banking Solicitor from 2 to 5 years PQE
