We are winners of The Queen's Award for Enterprise in Innovation, the most prestigious award in the UK and now seek a new Head of Marketing to promote our services and deliver stand-out campaigns that drive growth and sales for the business.


What you'll be doing


You will be supported by an existing Marketing Executive and be responsible for the full range of marketing activities working closely with our Client Development and Operations teams.

You will report directly to the Chief Executive, with the following responsibilities:


  • Formulate and deliver a marketing strategy which is responsive to market changes.
  • Create and deliver standout campaigns that generate excellent leads.
  • Develop the website and social media presence, including digital content production and growing the number of leads and enquiries generated online.
  • Produce sales and marketing literature for the Client Development team, including brochures, training materials for client staff, and literature for residents.
  • Develop effective direct mail and personal reach out on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Be the primary point of contact for advertising, media and PR agencies.
  • Work with the existing Marketing Executive and external partners to implement our comprehensive events programme.
  • Lead the development of video content including promotions and testimonials.
  • Develop industry partnerships to enable Alertacall content to be placed in locations that generate business, and manage engagement with third parties.
  • Lead the creation of 'White papers' and thought leadership pieces.

Who we're looking for


You must have hands-on experience of the full marketing mix, be an excellent written communicator, with a background from a sales focussed organisation.

Experience in social housing or similar sectors is valuable, but not essential. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of undertaking marketing activity that has led to business growth.


Some experience of working in an environment that requires complex themes to be communicated in an easy to understand way will be highly desirable.
