About The Role:


  • Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:3017:00.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Work as part of the Installer Recruitment team engaging and recruiting prospective installers
  • Ensure installer compliance and adherence to the Wren Approved installer recruitment process
  • Daily engagement with installers and field team regarding opportunities, inductions and installer quality inspections
  • Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders around recruitment & compliance of installers
  • Undertake the agreed processes for effective communication to Installers and Field Personnel
  • Maintain accurate records of daytoday activities as required by policy and procedures
  • Collate requirements and accurately log IT equipment for installers
  • Perform admin tasks such as accurate reporting, record keeping, file maintenance, and data entry
  • Quality review of the installer's performance to the Wren Way guidelines for installation
  • Source installer documentation in addition to external compliance company


In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You:


Desired Skills and Knowledge:


  • Exceptional organisational & time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of installations desirable but not essential
  • Experience of Microsoft packages
  • Attention to detail
