Look no further The Best Connection is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our client's team as a Banksman / Labourer with cleaning duties, this role includes guiding an IPAF operator, for a location in Cwmbran.

Role Overview:

As a Banksman / Labourer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site cleanliness and supporting the safe operation of elevated work platforms

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in routine tasks according to established standards.

Guiding and supporting an IPAF operator to clean high and challenging-to-access areas.

Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate persons.

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM - £15.00ph

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Excellent time management skills, able to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

A positive and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
