Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Conduct outbound calls to potential investors from provided leads or through independent research to identify individuals or organizations with an interest in investment opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the new products, investment options, and associated benefits to effectively communicate their value to potential investors.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to potential investors, highlighting the unique features and potential returns of the investment opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential investors, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and consultative manner.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis to tailor sales strategies and position our products effectively.
CRM Management:
Accurately record and maintain investor data, interactions, and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to gather information, address investor inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Compliance:
Adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory guidelines, including data protection and privacy laws, during investor interactions and information handling.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with potential investors.
Persuasive Abilities:
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present investment opportunities and overcome objections.
Results-Driven:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high level of motivation to achieve sales goals.
Financial Acumen:
Basic understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and investment products.
Resilience:
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while making a high volume of calls.
Time Management:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and achieve targets.
Technological Proficiency:
Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
Ethics and Integrity:
Uphold high ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive investor information with utmost professionalism.
Salary:
£16,785.80-£47,833.40 per year
