They work tirelessly to offer an array of crypto-related products to institutional investors while embracing a strong ethos of regulatory compliance and high-quality customer service.
In this role, you'll be the efficient organizer behind the scenes, your administrative skills will be central to ensuring a smooth flow of operations, making you a crucial part of the team's success.
Responsibilities:
- Master of Logistics: Prep meeting rooms, manage supplies, handle mail, keep the office tidy and organized.
- Task Ninja: Tackle administrative tasks like document filing, data entry, and record updates.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Senior Support: Assist senior team members with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Client Liaison: Provide professional and prompt client assistance, directing inquiries when needed.
- Special Projects: Take on adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Alevels or equivalent education.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 12 years of administrative or personal assistant experience (a plus).
- Familiarity with the financial or professional services sector (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
