Sales Support Executive

Solihull - Hybrid

About the role
As Sales Support Executive at Arval UK in Solihull you'll spend your time supporting our external Broker partners.

You will have responsibility for a selection of brokers and will manage and support them with anything sales related so we achieve our monthlysales targets.

In this challenging role, you will provide your assigned brokers with the high standards of customer service they expect.


Working as part of a busy but supportive team, you will handle a real mix of proactive and reactive work with pace, accuracy and humour.

You will be joining a team that operates at a fast pace with high-pressure deadlines and customer expectations.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to adapt, as well as competently completing core tasks.

These include:

  • Generating new business via campaigns
  • Renewing & extending existing contracts
  • Full sales administration support to include preparation of quotes
  • Working with internal stakeholders to meet broker requirements

Payzone level A- with a salary of up to £25,000plus commission OTE of up to £9,000 per annum.

About you


This role is all about interacting with customers, so we are looking for someone who is able to build relationships quickly, be on hand to help and assist, whilst listening and delighting the customer along the way.

Sometimes the pressure will be on, soyou will need the necessary confidence to handle all that comes your way, along with the organisational skills and 'emotional intelligence' to keep on top


In essence, your communication skills will need to be awesome and you will be known for your resilience and ability to juggle many tasks, whilst maintaining accuracy and a sense of humour.
