£10.97 per hour = £21,406 per annum pro rata (includes high cost supplement)


The Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service is responsible for providing a high standard of support to ensure effective delivery of clinic services to patients and clinical staff which fall within the MSK remit of Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust.


The post holder will be required to work along side clinical staff to receive and support the running of patient clinics.

Applicants must have good Customer Service and organisational skills, in addition a good a range of office skills. Knowledge of SystmOne software would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.


Professionalism, warmth and empathy are important as you will have both face to face and telephone contact daily with service users.

Patient confidentiality is a high priority at all times In line with expectation and Trust policy.


Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach and being enthusiastic are all requirements for this post.
