The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and proactive Export service to all customers and related service providers with exceptional customer service.
- Arranging collection from vendors.
- Utilising ProCarS to produce shipping documentation i.e. Mawb, Hawb
- Preparation of export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations.
- Posting flights, Job file invoicing and Cost control.
- Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, both from external and internal customers / suppliers.
- Support sales and CSM with customer visits as requested.
- 3 Years Airfreight experience desirable.
- Minimum GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent)
