Change Manager -Active Security Cleared

SR2 are recruiting for a consultancy client that is delivering a large IT Tech Portfolio for a Defence Customer.

As the change manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation/transition of technology. You will work closely with teams to identify and assess the impact of changes on processes, systems, and people.


Your primary goal will be to ensure that our organization adopts new technology quickly and efficiently, while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

You will develop and execute change management plans, including communication and training strategies,to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Security Clearance (Cluster 2)
  • Develop and implement change management plans for technology projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology changes.
  • Monitor the adoption of new technology and provide ongoing support to endusers.
