Recruitment Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

The role

Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team. You will report to the Senior Recruitment Manager and support the full cycle recruiting process on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
To provide first class recruitment support to our construction projects from our Head Office in Chiswick.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertise job openings on careers pages and job boards
  • Take responsibility for early talent recruitment. This includes vetting Apprentices and Graduates.
  • Liaise with the Hiring Managers and Senior Recruitment Manager on the status of open positions
  • Produce necessary approval documentation, offer letters and terms of engagement
  • Update and review our employee referral programme and recruitment spreadsheet
  • Promote company values throughout the recruitment process
  • Administer adverts through the applicant tracking system.
  • Optimise all available tools and resources e.g., promotional poster templates, apprenticeships
  • Gather Right to Work documentation
  • Adhoc administration to support recruitment as required to support the division
  • Support the recruitment team to attract, develop and retain highquality applicants
  • Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Application tracking update and maintain relevant recruitment systems/databases
Key accountabilities

  • Manage our full cycle recruiting process
  • Carry out adhoc admin tasks for the HR team
  • Adopting and promoting Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values
Skills, qualifications and experience

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal (especially over the phone)
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills
  • Experience of working in an international organisation
  • HR qualification (desirable)
  • Recruitment/HR experience
  • Commercial awareness
  • Familiar with all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • Able to efficiently organize themselves and others and work to deadlines
  • Experience in recruiting Graduates and Apprentices (desirable)
