Key areas of accountability/responsibility
- Production of weekly and monthly reports as required by the department.
- Professional production of reports and any presentations required by departmental management.
- Checking invoices and timesheets for departmental management approval.
- Tracking departmental ordering and spend on SAP.
- Maintaining an appropriate filing system for departmental data.
- Recommend appropriate improvements and efficiencies to systems.
- Create and maintain databases as required.
- Input data into SAP and other systems as required.
- Maintain technical databases and provide reports.
- Update budget spreadsheets and issue reports as appropriate.
- Takes on additional tasks as requested by Management.
- Providing written and verbal reports as required by Management.
- Supporting departmental management as required at meetings.
- PDR with team.
- Maintain records of relevant activities in accordance with site procedures
Knowledge of and experience in own discipline.
