Head of Content and Communications

We are now looking for an experienced Head of Content and Communications (maternity cover) to build on that work, leading a high-performing team for 12 months.

Location:
Hybrid (Theos offices in London on Tuesdays, with flexibility to work from home on other days)


Hours:
Part time - 3 days a week (flexible working considered)


Salary:
£45k pro rata


Contract:
Maternity cover for 12 months

The Role

The Theos Content and Communications team provides creative and compelling content, events and animations that help to position the organisation at the heart of public conversations, and increase its reach into networks of influencers in politics, media, culture and the arts.

You will be an experienced Head of Content and Communications (maternity cover) able to build on that work, leading a high-performing team.

Building on an existing strong reputation with our digital and social media presence, podcasts and impactful events, this role will further establish Theos as the 'go to' for creative and compelling content on issues of faith and belief in public life.
