Description
The Sales Progressor is vital to the organisation and success of the Affordable Homes Team.


The Responsibilities
Issuing offer letters and memorandum of Sales

Ensure all sales are AML compliant as set out in Procedures.

Liaise with all parties involved in the process to progress purchases from formal offer to legal completion within agreed time scales.

Identify any potential obstacles to achieving KPIs and workwith all parties to overcome.

Relevant significant experience in sales progression is required either within estate agency, social housing, or new homes development.


Remuneration:
Salary: £30,000 + commission

£40,000+ OTE Pension:

Company Pension Scheme

Working Hours: 0900hrs to 1800hrs Monday -
Friday Holidays: 29 (Inc Bank Holidays and Birthdays)
