*Residential Support Worker - Learning Disabilities*Location: Warrington
*Salary: £20,077 - £21,700 (£9.90 - £10.70 per hour)
*Plus - £70.47 per sleep-in (working approx. 2-8 sleep ins per month), an additional £1690-£6,765pa)

*What do you need?We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
