Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a
Customer Service Advisor to join their business based out of their
Toyota Bromley Dealership.
As a
Customer Service
Advisor, you will take inbound as well as make outbound calls to book in customer's yearly
MOT or
Service, while on the phone you will also speak to them about other products that they might be interested in.
To be a Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent levels of customer service
- Relevant experience in a sales environment preferred
- Have great planning and organisational skills
- Work efficiently under pressure ability to achieve and reach targets
- Be selfmotivated and driven to succeed
- Good communication skills
- Great work ethic
