Care Quality Auditor
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and positive individual, passionate about health and care and focused on continuous improvement.

The role's primary purpose is to ensure robust quality monitoring throughout Optalis, focusing on (but not limited to) auditing all internal provider services Registered with the Care Quality
Commission (CQC).

The Care Quality Auditor will develop positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation to embed learning and improve the quality of practice.

Support provided by the Care Quality Auditor will proactively help services to continually improve and develop their quality of service and understand legislative requirements.

Completion of a framework of audits, including reviewing care planning, medication practices, and adherence to company policy and procedures, assists in the Safeguarding Adults process

by identifying where practices can improve, and setting SMART actions to safeguard customers and monitor the corrective actions to completion.

The evidence-based audit reports give the Senior Management Team operational oversight and ensures services can demonstrate their quality processes to regulators.

The Auditor will work closely with the Health & Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and with the Governance & Quality Assurance Manager to assist with developing and reviewing policies and procedures.

This role
is
exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The DBS clearance level required is
