As a Payment Services Adviser you will take responsibility for ensuring all commission payments are received, reconciled, and processed, so that Openwork's Firms/Partners always receive timely and accurate payment.

The team's core goal is to ensure a minimum 99% of all receipts received are investigated and matched each month.

This role would be great for you if you have strong admin experience, good attention to detail and have a real customer focus, with a drive to do the right thing.

This is 12 month fixed term contract role based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

To ensure all Partner/Provider queries, including legacy related issues are resolved, providing guidance and help to less experienced team members, the aim always being to delight the customer.
You will liaise with relevant teams within Openwork as required, ensuring that all payment/reconciliation/regulatory related responsibilities and queries are resolved.
Working closely with Panel Providers, establishing, and owning consistently strong working relationships and clear points of escalation, able to be effectively used as and when issues with payment files occur and in the case of more general BAU query resolution; the better to deliver a firstclass payment experience (and drive achievement of minimum 99% goal).
Support on projects across the department and wider business, for example, successful onboarding of new Providers and widening of existing Openwork Panel Provider products ranges.
You will participate in the successful delivery and coordination of training, helping to identify areas of weakness and potential vulnerabilities that could impact Payment Services failing to meet its core deliverables.
