Archive / Facilities Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a full time Archive / Facilities Assistant to work at our Admin centre based in Brighouse.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Controlling the inflow and outflow of legal documents
- Data inputting, creation and completion on bespoke databases
- Ensuring the confidentiality of all the firms and client documentation and information
- Attending to enquiries from colleagues, clients and 3rd parties
- Collecting/delivering files/boxes around the offices
- Ensuring the warehouse is clear and tidy in relation to files and boxes
- Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, Policies & Procedures
Person specification:
- Must have a full, clean driving licence
- Possess good IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Prepared to work at height, training will be provided for personnel lift
- Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving of boxes
- Possess good numeracy, oral and written communication
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and happy to work on repetitive tasks
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brighouse: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
