Archive / Facilities Assistant


We are currently recruiting for a full time Archive / Facilities Assistant to work at our Admin centre based in Brighouse.


The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Controlling the inflow and outflow of legal documents
  • Data inputting, creation and completion on bespoke databases
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of all the firms and client documentation and information
  • Attending to enquiries from colleagues, clients and 3rd parties
  • Collecting/delivering files/boxes around the offices
  • Ensuring the warehouse is clear and tidy in relation to files and boxes
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, Policies & Procedures

Person specification:

  • Must have a full, clean driving licence
  • Possess good IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Prepared to work at height, training will be provided for personnel lift
  • Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving of boxes
  • Possess good numeracy, oral and written communication
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and happy to work on repetitive tasks

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brighouse: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
