Our combined expertise in the fields of substance use, mental health, housing, criminal justice, and employment support enables Adferiad Recovery to meet the needs of our most vulnerable with a single, unified, and comprehensive approach.

Salary:
£10.90 (£12.22 per hour with annual leave accruement)

Based at:
Tier 4 Residential Services

Responsible to:
Referral Manager

Job Purpose:

In this role you will collect clients* of our residential drug & alcohol treatment centre from their home area and transport them to our centre in Chorley.

You may be required to cover journeys to alternative Adferiad Tier 4 units and then returning them at the end of their stay.

This is likely to involve locations around the UK. Hours of work will be agreed locally, but we would require these to be delivered flexibly.
- *Clients collected may have some physical or mental health issues, which will be a reason for their admission into our detox units. Clients can have issues with drugs or alcohol. _

A vehicle will be provided for these journeys, and you will need to have a full, clean driving licence.

An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken prior to starting, together with an occupational health check. Any background knowledge of first aid would be desirable.
