We are delighted to be working with our client, a Market Research company who operate within the Educational Sector based in South Shields.

Due to growth & business needs they are recruiting for Telephone Researchers/interviewers on a Temporary On-going basis.

You will carry out research taking students and ex students through a number of questions (Feedback on courses) and recording the information on a computerised system.

Overview?
If you are successful at interview/trial (4 hours) you will be offered the role with immediate effect. There is no cold calling or selling involved within the role as you are simply conducting Telephone Interviews/Surveys. Training is provided and support is always available. Working hours are 37per week, shift patterns fall between the hours of 9am - 7pm Monday to Thursday. Optional overtime can be available on weekdays until 8pm and Fridays and Saturdays.
