Small Residential Home are looking to recruit a night time team leader to join their team.

Duties involve:

To contribute to the efficient operation of the Home supporting the manager to strive to maintain the home, enhance the quality of life of clients and support and supervise staff leading by example.

To be confident in working alongside other healthcare professionals.

To adhere to Home Policies and Procedures.

To observe the conditions of employment and Health and Safety Policy, ensuring safe practice and guiding others.

To give support and guidance to new or junior staff or complete induction.

To be able to administer, audit and stock control medications.

To be familiar with the care plan process, updating, auditing and have a general knowledge of client needs.

To Support the home manager and take charge in the absence of the manager.

Previous experience in this role is essential, in house refresher training will be provided.

Salary:
£11.50-£12.00 per hour
