West Midlands / Hybrid working
£50,000 + £6,000 car allowance or company car
Discretionary Bonus

Network HR have partnered with an excellent, private equity backed, multisite services business for the hire of a permanent Divisional People Manager across their West Midlands region.

The successful Divisional People Manager will work in a lean, close knitHR team and will report into the Head of People.

The business are currently going through a huge transformation that will allow for continuous improvement and growth, here in the UK and internationally.

This newly scoped role will see you partner and collaboratewith senior stakeholders across multiple sites in the Midlands.

This is a meaty, generalist HR role, where you will operate both strategically as the point of contact but also support with a hands on approach across all areas of HR.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Support stakeholders with the implementation of new initiatives across HR, which will include Operations, Reward, HRIS, Data and Reporting etc.
  • Review the processes and procedures for all things HR such as Talent, Recruitment, L&D, Performance management etc.
  • Provide HR expertise and knowledge across any Employee relations casework.
  • Support with change projects such as frameworks, organisational design, process review.
The successful Divisional People Manager will have experience operating in a large, multisite business, where attention to detail and change management was a priority, You will also need:

  • Experience of technical HR competencies across employee relations, TUPE process or consultations
  • Will need to be able to travel (drive) and have experience in a regional / national role
  • Experience of working in a business going through Change or Transformation.
