Location:
UK Head Office in London and home working (Hybrid)


Hours: 35 Hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary:
£30,000 to £35,844 per annum (inclusive London Weighting of £3,344 if applicable)

Are you an organised and solutions focused Business Support professional who could provide excellence in support to senior executives?


This is a fast paced and dynamic role, working with our senior leadership at the heart of the British Red Cross.

We are seeking a highly organised, efficient, and enthusiastic team player to take up a key role with us in the Strategy and Communication's Directorate (S&C), ensuring that the directorate is provided with the highest level of business and administrative support.

This is a great opportunity that will require you to be an ambassador for the S&C directorate, collaborating and building strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders internally and externally.

You will use your excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to efficiently manage the directorate's correspondence and business support needs.


What you will be doing


The Executive Support Officer is a key role with the S&C's Office, providing direct business and administrative support to the directorate and working closely with the Executive Directors of the team to ensure their time is managed effectively.

You will lead a small friendly team who are committed to achieving our charitable purpose.

You will actively support other members of the team in the S&C's office and the broader organisation to deliver our strategic goals and help us to be at our best for those we support.
