Working with our National Client based in Rochdale I am looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Assessor to join the team on a permanent basis


You will be working with a fantastic business who go the extra mile for their customers - taking pride in all they do.


Working on the Quality Assessor team your main responsibility will be to carry out a specific number of assessments each week and provide feedback to the agent and team manager.


Accountabilities include:

  • Ensure each member of the relevant team receives specific number of QA assessments each month
  • Ensure all QA assessments are fed back to the team member
  • Provide coaching and action plans around the individuals development areas
  • Ensure all quality assurance checks are focused on appropriate and fair solutions
  • Ensure all checks are completed in line with company policy
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong attention to detail and have previous experience working in Financial Regulated environment and also with training and call monitoring


Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
