Responsible for supporting the trading agenda and to support delivery of all commercial initiatives across the entire insurance product range.

Description

Supporting the Trading mission to profitably growing our trading performance through continuous insight and action; delivering on current year value and the 5 year plan.
Working with Marketing, Pricing, Product, Operations and other key stakeholders to support the trading agenda through effective collaboration across the whole insurance product range (core and addons).
Supporting weekly trading sessions and monitoring performance vs. expectation (both internal and market metrics and insight) to inform decision making
Spotting risks and opportunity trends that can deliver business value.
Considering risks and opportunities for both short and long term value.
Supporting simple value assessments to support prioritisation and sizing of opportunities.

Profile

Knowledge or experience of UK Insurance Personal Lines (Motor, Home, PMI or Travel) and/or data and trading analysis
A Bachelor's or Masters degree is preferable
Experience of working across multiple teams
Ability to identify key trends
Ability to communicate trends simply and consider implementable solutions.
