The Role


As an Experienced Administration Executive, you will be part of the core team in the agency, in a role that promises to be varied and exciting; including dealing with our database, involvement in projects to support the consultants, and most importantly, reception duties along with the rest of the Admin Team.


Strong communication skills are key, but you should also have a high level of written & spoken English, be enthusiastic, keen to learn, reliable and have a real passion for delivering a great level of customer service.


You will be a key part of the business supporting the day to day operation of the agency and helping Recruitment Consultants identify the best Legal talent nationally.

You will receive a great level of training that will expose you to an exciting side of the working world.

The job role is varied, but the main duties will include;

  • Assisting consultants with daytoday administration
  • Aiding the admin team on compliance matters (attention to detail is key for this role)
  • Liaising with colleagues and other company departments as required
  • Diary Management
  • Assisting with client visits
  • Setting up workstations
  • Any other duties as required


It is essential that you have experience of working in a professional environment, keen attention to detail, a drive to continually develop and that you pride yourself in being accurate when relaying information and completing tasks.

It would be a real advantage if you are familiar with the Geography of the UK (e.g. The location of cities and counties).

Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year
