Permanent Part Time SEO & PPC Manager, 20-30 hrs per week, Luton/Hybrid - £38 - £42k FTE


We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and reputable Promotional Materials agency who work with multinational clients in the UK, across Europe and globally as a Part Time SEO & PPC Manager.

You will be working within the creative MarketingTeam, but this is a standalone role at the Head Office based in Luton.

Duties of the SEO & PPC Manager will include:

  • As part of your role, you will be expected to create and run a large number of campaigns for both organic and paid digital marketing and will be responsible for implementing the plan, running the activity, and monitoring and measuring the effectivenessof all digital marketing campaigns; as well as providing the leadership team with insight into marketing performance, digital marketing KPIs, ROI, web traffic and competitor/customer analytics.
  • This is a handson role and requires a resultfocused performance digital marketer with extensive knowledge of SEO/PPC including delivery, reporting and performance analysis. Working as part of a dedicated digital marketing team working closely with theMarketing & Creative Director.
  • This is the ideal opportunity for a talented SEO and PPC Manager with a Digital Marketing background to play an important role in helping boost brand awareness and drive traffic.

The Successful SEO & PPC Manager will have:

  • A strong track record of working within SEO and PPC projects and a full understanding of PPC to deliver every aspect of building and managing campaigns across several platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools), Google Keyword Planner Tool, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Shopping/Merchant Centre. Advanced knowledge of standard, current SEO practices and strong knowledgeof search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
  • SEO experience (inhouse or agency side) for high organic traffic websites
  • Demonstrable ability to plan and implement successful SEO strategies that drive traffic and revenue growth.
  • Previous experience of WordPress / WooCommerce.
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel.
  • 3+ years' experience working in similar positions.
  • Experience using digital campaign management software, tracking tools and associated reporting.
