They are currently looking for a technologysupport trainer to expand their close-knit Manchester team.

Job description for Global Technology Trainer

Conduct training for new starters within the firm on software using a variety of methods including classroom, one to one and virtual
Identify training opportunities nationally and across Europe
Create training resources.
Travel to European locations regularly to conduct training.
Assist in new software rollouts and identify areas of improvement with existing software use.

Job skills required for Global Technology Trainer

Experience teaching software is essential
Knowledge of a wide variety of software including Windows 10, Microsoft Office, document management systems, timekeeping software and communications technology.
Flexible working arrangement with an ability to travel internationally regularly.
Fluent in foreign language preferred (ideally French)
Selfstarter attitude
Ability to liaise with stakeholders and colleagues
