POSITION PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to support the Resort Conditions Manager by focusing on window cleaning duties across the resort.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work as part of the Conditions team, ensuring that all external and internal windows are washed and kept to the high standard expected, on a cyclical basis.
Ensure that all glazed surfaces are kept clean.
React to requests to assess and repair where possible faults with all aspects of maintenance work in the Resort effectively and efficiently.
Communicates with the team to ensure accurate recordkeeping is maintained for reporting
Undertakes and records regular Planned Preventative Maintenance/ Ken Fix It Programme
Takes ownership of the designated role as part of the Resort emergency evacuation procedure
Any other general tasks commensurate to the role

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Must be eligible to work within the UK
Must have a good level and understanding of Health & Safety
Good oral and written communication skills
Must have previous experience of working in a maintenance environment, preferably Hotels
Must be able to work a flexible working pattern
Must be selfmotivated with the ability to work alone or as part of the team
Must be able to demonstrate good time management skills
Driving license desirable
