up to £25,000 per annum plus bonus


We are working with an award-winning, multi-office law firm, who are seeking an experienced
Legal Finance Assistant to join their established and busy finance team.


The role will involve:


  • Assisting credit control with chasing of overdue debts
  • Running monthly aged debt reports
  • Liaising with fee earners on their outstanding debts
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and postings for firm bank account
  • Completing monthly reconciliations for supplier statements.
  • Assisting with internal and external enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with the SRA, Lexcel and further accounting requirements
  • Specialise in Credit Control and/or Purchase Ledger
  • Be passionate about offering excellent service to both internal and external parties
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Possess strong organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Be familiar with Solicitors Accounts Rules

Salary is given as a guideline in line with market rate and will be dependent on level of experience.
