Are you a passionate and enthusiastic individual with a love for learning?

Tradewind Manchester is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Cheadle. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP.


About the Role:

Support KS1 teachers in delivering engaging and stimulating lessons.

Work with small groups and individual pupils to enhance their learning and development.

Provide one-to-one support to children with additional needs.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assist with classroom management and organisation

Prepare and set up learning resources

Monitor and assess pupil progress

Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and carers.

You are:


  • Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Patient and able to build positive relationships with children.
  • Creative and resourceful in developing engaging learning activities.
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.
