Technical Lead | £90,000-£110,000 | South West London (Hybrid)

Golang, Rust, TypeScript, React, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP

This company is looking for a Technical Lead to join and be at the forefront of their company's agile, innovative and passionate development team.

The client are industry leaders within their field and looking to revolutionise the market with help from you

You will be working with all members of the team from platform managers to junior developers to ensure that the best practices are used at all times and will be responsible for innovating, designing, developing, and deploying solutions.

Whilst this is mostlya hands-off role, my client is looking for someone with extensive technical knowledge with end-to-end software development lifecycles and to be able to offer this hands-on guidance to the team.

Skills required:

Designing and implementing technical roadmaps and managing variables
Experience with technical leadership and people management
Be able to provide consultations and support the team for specific projects
Ensure the teams work is as per the solution requirement and design and completed to correct standards
Leading the team with the companies vision in mind
Assisting with mentoring and adopting relevant feedback
