Role Specification:

The Outbound Phone Agent will be responsible for conducting outbound calls with the primary objective of collecting data regarding the current status of former learners (employment, further education, or otherwise).

This role demands a high level of accuracy in data entry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to conduct oneself with professionalism and courtesy.

The agent will be speaking with a variety of people of different ages and backgrounds.

Note:
This is a flexible, 0 hours role.

Work will be given as per the needs of our clients and therefore there will be periods of constant, frequent work but also quieter periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute outbound calls to former learners to inquire about their current status.
Precisely document and input data acquired during calls into a specified form
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and politeness in all interactions
Ensure the confidentiality and ethical management of sensitive information

What We Offer:

Pay of £11.06 per hour
Work Environment: This role is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to work from any location. All necessary equipment (laptop, headset) will be provided.
Work Hours: we will provide work based on
your availability and preference. Shifts will always be within the hours of 9am7pm, Monday-Friday and shifts tend to be between 5 and 8 hours
Proven experience in roles requiring phone communication (call centre work, customer service, sales etc.)
Superior communication skills
Demonstrates confidence and courtesy
Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with hitting KPIs
